Pros:

• Insulating and light weight
• Moisture absorbing
• sometimes wind resistant
• non-constricting and able to move easily
• It doesn't roll up.

Cons:

• Expensive
• possibly can be used just for a fashion statement(another fashion tend in society.)
• It can sometimes be too short.
